Perfect place for couples!
Let me tell you, the views from the rooftop are amazing. We were lucky enough to wake up before sunrise and catch the hot air balloons filling the sky, just very nice, like a scene from a movie exactly. A miracle of nature you're in awe of.
Yeah, it wasn't a bargain or anything, but worth every penny I spent.

The bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away. The stuff was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, as well as host. The breakfast was delicious with croissants and items including home made bread, for instance and frequently replenished.
Some people working there were not particularly friendly.

Stepping into the hotel, the warm welcome from the staff instantly set a positive tone for our stay. The spacious room, coupled with a awesome breakfast with sliced tropical fruits. The only drawbacks I noticed were the lack of accessible seating areas on the terrace and no TV in the room, which slightly impacted leisure time. Despite these minor issues, the location and amazing views over the valley were good.

Recommend for a holiday
Cozy accommodations, and fine views. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread, along with the amazing views from the terrace where hot air balloons floated by every morning, complemented by the convenience of a paid airport shuttle service directly to the hotel.
Nothing bad to say.

The unique cave structure was amazing, but shower pressure was disappointing.

Amazing views from the rooftop terrace.
The hotel did not meet my expectations based on its online presence. The rooftop bar was closed, leaving us to search for nearby options for drinks in the evening. The common areas were cluttered with building materials and plastic sheeting. The cave room shower had low pressure and was missing a door, which significantly detracted from my experience. I believe better communication about the state of the hotel's readiness during this season would have helped manage my expectations.
