Let me tell you, the views from the rooftop are amazing. We were lucky enough to wake up before sunrise and catch the hot air balloons filling the sky, just very nice, like a scene from a movie exactly. a miracle of nature you're in awe of.

Additionally, the common areas were cluttered with building materials and plastic sheeting, making the hotel feel abandoned. The cave room shower had low pressure and was missing a door, which significantly detracted from my experience. I believe better communication about the state of the hotel's readiness during this season would have helped manage my expectations.
